(April 4, 2009) The Arvada X Motorsports team of 6u Dominic Ursetta at the IMCA Spring Nationals in Beatrice Nebraska.

What a great weekend to try out the new car it handles like a dream and is smooth in the turns… Starting 3rd in his heat race, Dominic quickly moved his Jeff Taylor modified into the 2nd spot. When they took the white flag he had pulled up on the back bumper of the leader and the final lap was set for a great finish. Racing side by side through turns 3 and 4, Dom squeezed by on the inside and took the win securing a starting spot in the A-main. The green flag flew in the 30-lap feature with Dominic starting in the 7th spot. A hard fought, side by side battle took place for the entire race and a 4th place finish just in front of Saturdays winner Ricky Alvarado was just what the team needed. An unlucky accident which cut a tire with Dom running 7th would have possibly given us another great A-Main finish in Saturdays race.

The bar was set high for Arvada X Motorsports start of the 2009 season with the 6u Modified of Dominic Ursetta qualifying for 2 of the 3 features and scoring a much needed top 5 finish on Sunday in one of the most difficult races in all of IMCA.
